Chris Mason founded the Mindshop Network in 1994 and over the last 30 years has seen it continue to grow and attract over 1,500 of the world’s leading consultants, business advisors, and business leaders to its ever-expanding global network.
As Chairman of the Mindshop Group of Companies, Chris’ role involves coaching the senior people within the Mindshop Network, co-ordinating Mindshop’s strategic direction and the development of business tools and processes.
Chris is an owner and director of several companies covering the construction (HVAC), consulting and IT industry sectors and these organizations range from 12 to 1,100 employees in size.
In the early days of running his own consulting business Chris provided consulting services to a wide range of organisations such as AMCOR, Pilkington, Robert Bosch, Hella, Nissan and the BBC. As a strategic planner he was licensed by the Australian Government to deliver their various Export Development and Business Improvement programs.
In July 1996 he expanded the Mindshop Group into the United Kingdom and North America through his strong relationships with many of the middle tier global Accounting Networks. Chris has worked in large corporations. His background in human resources and high technology industries has assisted in developing his skills and interest in areas such as strategy and international trade.
He has a PhD in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of the American Psychological Association. He works extensively in the US and UK regions providing strategic advice and coaching services.
Chris is an author of two books, Value To Others (2017) and Change Success (2019).
Chris is also very active in developing and running programs for Mindshop’s Charitable Trust, Mindshop Excellence, and he is currently a board member and past Chairman of the Trust. The Trust’s programs coach young people in the Mindshop tools and processes and enable them to apply this knowledge in a business environment.
