Over the past few weeks Mindshop and its global community have been on the front foot with clients and in their own businesses responding to the rapidly changing global crisis. It’s been great to see the Mindshop community coming together to share ideas and support each other in so many ways.

While the Mindshop Head Office team are working from home, we’ve been creating content to help our advisors help themselves and others. Here’s what’s now available for Mindshop advisors:

1. Survive, Pivot/Adapt, Thrive. Weekly webinars and bi-monthly emails
Hosted by Mindshop Founder Dr Chris Mason and Managing Director James Mason these half hour webinars will share how other Mindshop advisors are navigating the crisis, highlighting critical tools, resources, answering questions and offering advice.

2. Survive, Pivot/Adapt, Thrive. New Roadmaps
It’s not just about survival but also the opportunity to pivot or adapt and then thrive once the crisis has passed. These three phases are outlined in each of the roadmaps created for professional service firms, independent advisors and advisory clients to follow. The practical guides feature insights, strategies and links to key Mindshop tools and resources helping Mindshop advisors take immediate action.

3. Disaster Scenario Planning Tool – A key resource to ‘take control of that which you can control’ for you to use and in your own business and with clients.

4. Matrix of Adjustments – This resource will help Mindshop advisors use the third / third / third rule (going well / almost business as usual / in trouble) to handle different clients depending on how they’ve been impacted.

5. Two complimentary online courses per individual – with many clients now working from home now is the ideal time to upskill to deal with the changing environment. Mindshop is now offering two complimentary online courses per individual not already a Mindshop Online user.

6. Lean on your Mindshop Support Coach and community you’re not in this alone, login regularly to Mindshop Online and reach out on the advisor discussion forum, to your regional manager or support coach via an coaching post for advice, ideas and support.

7. Webinar recording – ‘Helping clients in uncertain times’ with Dr Chris Mason.
Mindshop North American and European training workshop rounds were presented via webinar recently. Watch a recording of Dr Chris Mason and James Mason presenting on how to get on the front foot with the current crisis.

8. Mindshop conference update – all 2020 Mindshop global conferences will now be delivered in a complimentary webinar format. You and all your team are welcome to register, check Mindshop Online for links.
